• For the info. If a movie is rescheduled or is lost in shipping, we will let you know via email.
• "GYAIHBIGSIDHTLTYWYDGTSI¹ Reports." Often we will end a film's run before you expect it and this will be one of the ways to find out before it's gone.
• I'm actually almost as funny as I think I am and when I become a famous author, you can tell your grandkids you used to get my emails.
• Being on this list will make you a babe/hunk magnet. Trust me.
• You'll have an idea of what is coming in the future. We'll write about movies, too.
• When I discover a box of Avalon Cinema T-shirts I forgot about and decide to let 'em go cheap, you'll be the first to know about it.
• It provides you an easy way to complain to me, I mean give me feedback.
• We're NOT letting others use your email address so you can get more spam about Viagra, various enlarging devices, mortgages, and dates with hot women/men. We may include in our emails information about the Fox Theatre and the Motor Vu Drive-In Theatre in Dallas because they rule, and sometimes you may wanna see a first-run film in an independent theatre. (Note: the Fox has about the best sound of any theatre in the valley.)
